About this creation
You can join StarVine here. Please read in the group further for more information.
15 years ago, the galaxy was under a great war. Battle wrecked the once peaceful planets of Anzula. Soon enough, an alien species came to realize that, unless something was not done soon, the galaxy would tear itself apart. This species, the Crafters, began work on a new weapon called the Dream. The bomb would send a massive shockwave tummelting toward all the planets in the galaxy, putting all life forms into a deep sleep and wiping their memories. The Crafters anticipated the day where they would be able to save the galaxy, and soon, it came. But then something went terribly wrong. The mind wiper didn’t set off correctly, and instead, exploded. As the first few life forms woke up from their 15 year nap, the Crafters fled the galaxy. It only took a few days for the rest of the galaxy to realize what had happened. Anzula plunged back into war as it woke back up. And who are we? We are the last remaining bit of humans living in the galaxy, as they war destroyed many of our people before we fled to a safe planet for cover. Of course, we were struck by war too before the Dream came. We call ourselves the StarVine.
Our new captain, Nettle, will inform you more in the current situation.
Captain Nettle: “Welcome to Camp 1, the first StarVine camp. I’m your Head Captain, Nettle.”
Captain Nettle: “You see, only a few days ago we began to wake up. We have gathered a few survivors already, and we are searching for more.”
Captain Nettle: “War struck our world too long ago, forcing us to hide in this old, crushed building.”
Captain Nettle: “We have already managed to create some structures and security, for safety measures. We aren’t sure what else is on this planet with us…”
Captain Nettle: “We have salvaged some computers and equipment, which surprisingly works.”
Captain Nettle: “But were not sure what to do next. Were stuck. Stranded.”
Captain Nettle: “We sleep through the days, waiting for it all to end.”
Captain Nettle: “Our new flag waves in the wind, reminding us that construction must start soon, or surviving is not an option. Construction must start soon, or else…”
Rules and Information:
You can earn points by entering in challenges, being active, and just participating. Points will give you a boost in elections and leadership options. There are ways to get points deducted. Any questions?
There will be a very large range of challenges. Some of these challenges will be for certain projects, others will just be normal challenges. The challenges will differ depending on what planet and/or project it is in. You earn points for each challenge you participate in.
As the group progresses, leadership options will become available, giving choices to the selected group members about how the group runs. They will vote on what challenge and projects the group does, and where the group will be heading.
You can register here. Before you enter in any challenges, you must register. Please read the rules.
Sometimes, certain missions will be placed on group members. If you get a mission, we are counting on you to do it. Responsibility is a big part of this group, and if you do your job well, you will get rewarded.
Inspired by The Final Countdown’s EX-COM LOG, this will talk about the current news in the group and move the group along. If you want to be an active member of StarVine, I suggest you look at the COMMAND LOG regularly.
Extra Mission Book
The Extra Mission Book will consist of different challenges for use in times where no current challenges can be done. There will be no winner, but points will be given out to those who complete these challenges.
Any other questions? I tried to explain all that I could. Thanks for reading!
Great idea and build, and thanks for the invitation. However, I have to decline. While it sounds like an enjoyable and fast paced group like the Final Countdown I have a bit too many things planned to find time for this group. Thanks though, and best of luck!
AWESOME! I did NOT want to wait a whole other year for another group like this! Thanks! But back to the moc, This is great! I love the rocket, survivors, and everything about it! The one thing I liked the most, though, was the door. It looked amazing in front of the broken up wall. Can I use that sometime?
