Hi there, long time no see! This is my motorized d10t. it uses 5 motors total. I put a lot of time into this just like my F-14. I tore this thing down about 5 times because i didnt get things to work properly. This has many functions, but i will mention them to you in the video later on in the moc! Thanks for looking guys and please tell me how i did aesthetically and functionally! Thanks, and dont forget to comment and rate!

I still love it and I just noticed on your homepage that you are tearing this down for your pipelayer, how could you tear apart such perfect creation, I sure couldn't. I still have my truck and my Tractor intact sitting in a display case.
Thanks Mason! Well, Yes i could never totally tear it apart eathier! What im mainly doing is just adding some stuff on the sides and removing the blade and ripper. Thanks again mason!

It's been a while Jon, but I can see you've been busy! This is EPIC! You have all the details down. I really like the custom ripper, that is a awesome idea! I see your drive system worked out. I agree with Fritz, your presentation is pretty professional. Thanks for letting me be a mechanic, it;s a honor to work on your EPIC D10T. 1/0 <- undefined is your score, thats how awesome it is!

Excellent it looks like it has a lot of power. The custom ripper is awesome, to the purists 99 percent of the dozer is Lego and Lego doesn't penetrate dirt well which ruins the playability. Back to the MOC, it's absolutely huge. It has a lot of functions and it actually works out side. Even though your parents are going to kill you for digging up the garden:).
5-5 Awesome job! --John
Thanks John! Im glad you understand why i made the ripper! And yes thanks for reminding me, i still need to go till and rake the garden back out! Thanks for the comment!

this has more functions than I thought would, I love the metal ripper, how did you make the metal ripper? anyway, this is awesome and now I think I will have to make a bulldozer.5/5 also I get to drive a sick bulldozer!!!!!
Youll get to drive a dozer! Sweet! Well, first i made a lego ripper design. Then I took a welding coupon ( a piece of metal)and piece of soap stone and traced it onto the metal. Then i had my dad cut it out with a blow torch. We then ground the coarse edges down, then i took a file and fine tuned it. Thanks for the comment! |

Great aesthetics and functions, though I'd prefer a Lego ripper. One question: How does the front blade work? Are the motors controlled independently, or is there some special mechanism? I seem to notice that there are only two recievers, so I'd assume that two of the motors are controlled simultaneously...
well, a lego ripper wouldnt hold up in the dirt, but i just traced a lego ripper design on a piece of metal. And then the blade, it has two independant motors controlling each side so it can tilt, and two other motors for drive. so when i rip, i have to take one of the blade plugs out, and replace it with the ripper. Hence forth, you cant work one side of the blade while ripping. |
