hokay. to build this mech, i looked at several dawn forge mechs, (not directly copied anything on purpose, mind you) including the ATLAS class mech, and dawn of greatnesses' Viper II and Castigator mechs. i consider this my best dawn forge mech yet, and tried to put a jaw-dropping amount of weapons on it. and finally, this one has the badge of the 75th armored group!
About this creation
OK, first off, the weapons:
2 12.7mm. miniguns (on the underside of the head)
1 10-megajoule railgun (the big pincer-like thingy on one side, for those of you that are not familiar with railguns)
1 flamethrower (situated on top of the railgun, and yes, i know this would be unlikely in real life)
10 flare/smoke grenade tubes (those binocular pieces)
32 3-inch high explosive rockets (long pod on top of head)
12 laser-guided, armor piercing missiles (big pod on side)
now, i will not bother to put all my writing near the pictures, so:
the ACM-22 REAPER was made to hang back and provide supporting fire for the front-line mechs. it can also take large amounts of punishment, due to its tungsten/carbon armor, which can withstand repeated barrages from guns up to 70mm, or rockets in sizes up to 4 inches. for close and medium range engagements, it has two 12.7mm miniguns and a flamethrower. the minigun's shots are guided by a magnetic field to greatly improve accuracy. there is a camera and spotlight mounted near the miniguns, and the onboard AI can be given access by the pilot to control individual weapons systems. the mech has three HD cameras (green studs) on the head. these are distributed to prevent enemies from knocking them out, and preventing the pilot vision. the railgun is powered by a reactor, and is very powerful. its tungsten rounds can punch through an concrete bunker that is 10 feet thick, and has a recharge time of about 20 seconds. the mech's legs are often kept in a coiled position, so it can absorb weapons recoil better. i have also placed it next to my partly disassembled SHADOW for comparison.

and here is the badge of the 75th! you may also notice the art done by the pilot, this particular REAPER is named the "nightmare".

and here is the pilot for scale!

OK, and for you viewers that are picky about DF pilot gender, here is a female one.

here is the inside of the cockpit, which can hold an entire minifigure. it has a HUD, and control joysticks. yes, it can fit an entire minifigure, not just half of one.

thanks for watching! and please rate and/or comment!

Wow great mech! I immediately knew it was a Dawn Forge creation with its heavy weaponry and very awesome leg design. This definitely deserves more likes.
i agree, however i use some primitive methods for the railgun and rockets. stay tuned for more DF stuff! |

I think it looks great, chick walkers always have that look, and from experience, it is hard to build the combination angles, very cool broseph! |

Dude, I love the leg design! Seriously, the combination bend is outrageous!

Wow! It's nice to see bigger mechs being made, as well as the 75th's growing reputation... I love the weaponry, the legs, and, well, everything! Keep up the good work! |

Awesome, as always. I love the railgun. Where did you get the torso of the pilot?
actually, the torso is a space police suit. i just took off the arms and turned it around, then put the arms back on the other way. |
