Luminonyx Mine
Sages and mystics have long sought the power of the luminonyx crystal. When the Black Ore Army discovered an island cave that held a seemingly endless supply of the crystal, they quickly took up guard and began to mine the precious and powerful stone. Ok...seriously, I'm quite pleased with how this came out. The waterfall took the place of the mill wheel (see my Deer Creek Mill). If you are wondering why I went through the trouble to creating a crystal/stone name for the mine, it was honestly to explain why I used the bright translucent green. I compared all the other translucents and that green gave the most dramatic effect. There was a lot of stagering of bricks and creative workings to get this thing to come out the way I the stairs and support beams are a real point of pride, along with the stalagamites and stalagtites. Please leave feedback!
