P.A.Y.B.A.C (Post Apocalyptic Battle Crawler)
This is my first ever MOC! The post apocalyptic battle crawler (P.A.Y.B.A.C) is fairly normal when it comes to driving abilities, but I wanted to add a somewhat unusual design. It think it all came out pretty good. It’s way too heavy for serious performance, but I wanted to make a concept car, not something that was built for winning races. This creation is based on whatever parts I could find in the Unimog-set, since it’s pretty much the only technic-set that I own. I added some PF parts, and used whatever lego parts I could find around the house. In the future I will probably modify the crawler, I as suspect I’ll buy some more technic-sets. Btw: I don’t know who made the masterpiece that I’ve used as a background for the main picture. I just photoshopped the car into the background. So whoever you are: Thanks for making this great picture, and hopefully it’s okay for me to use it. FEATURES: 360 Turret with firing mechanism • 4WD driving, geared for good torque • Rock solid cutchless steering • Fixed differential front/back • Independent suspension • Smooth underside • Full interior • ONLY original lego parts • Weight: 1.780 grams • No. of parts: A LOT PF-PARTS: 2 XL motors for propulsion • 1 M motor for steering • 1 M motor for turret rotation • 1 M motor for firing turret • 2 Large battery packs • 2 IR receivers • 4 LED lights

Quoting Dawn of Greatness Wow! This looks great AND is functional! Nice work, can't wait for more!
Thanks for your comment. I'll make more stuff, that's for sure. A friend of mine just bought himself a Toyota IQ, and it could be fun to make an apocalyptical version of it :-)

Quoting Mister Lego ~ Are you sure this is your first MOC :P This is very cool, everything about it is outstanding! Great build! Welcome to the pages by the way :)
Yup, this is my virgin MOC. But on the road to making this thing, a had some serious trouble getting the suspension to work. So for a while i ended up making the weirdest looking tractor. I took some pictures of it, but if I publish them i'll loose whatever street cred I have, in a second.

Quoting George Staples :) I'll tell you how to embed a video, it's quite simple. First go to your video on youtube, then under the video is a "Share" button. Click on that button. Next, click on the button that says "Embed" Then, this is important, check the check box that says "Use old embed code". Then pick your video size, I would recommend "500" as a width. After that, copy the code above the check boxes. Next bring up your moc pages page, and click the edit button at the top. Paste the code where ever you want the video. Save changes, and Voila your video is embedded! If you need more help, feel free to email me at saberpurple@yahoo.com Hope this helps :)
Thanks A LOT! That wasn't to hard.

Just watched the video, and I am even more impressed! I think you did a wonderful job making the video and audio tracks match. The video really showcases the suspension, and crawling capabilities of it. Oh, and I think you should embed it in this page. Hey Chris, friends have got to stick together in Apocalyptic times! Lets go take 'em out for a spin!
Thanks again. Yep, the only things that will save us, are friends with armored technic-vehicles. And a friend with your talent for makings MOCs's will keep us alive when world comes crashing down :-) I have no clue on how to embed a video. I wish I knew how..

Quoting George Staples I'll take 2 of them. This is a really great vehicle! I really like your main picture.
Thanks for your comment. Really means a lot to a newcover like myself. Since I've used pretty much all of my bricks, couldn't make as much as a lamppost right now.
