Greensburg KS Water Tower
In the evening of May 4th, 2007 a large and destructive EF5 tornado hit the little Town of Greensburg Kansas. It destroyed 95% of the Town and left 11 people dead. This was the first EF5 tornado which rated with the new EF scale. Now i'll show you the first rebuilt structure of the Town after the tornado. The Greensburg Water Tower. This Model of the Tower is dedicated to the victims of this destructive tornado. Greensburg: Stronger, Better, Greener!
About this creation

The black parts are the lights to illuminate the Water Tower at night.

On the roof, the red warning light and some other stuff :)

The original Water Tower of Greensburg.

This is the destroyed old Water Tower.

I don't own the last two original pictures. They are only as reference for the model.

I hope you like it. Thanks for watching :)

Quoting BrickCity101 11 Nice. It looks just like the real thing. How did you make the tank?
Thank you very much buddy. Used for the tank the balloon part of this set: http://bricklink.comwww.brickset.com/detail/?set=7415-1 and spraypainted it white ;)

Quoting Brick Valley I agree with Chris M! The first pic looks real! This is a nice 'side' build as i'll call it as you dont usualy do stuff like this! Its great! The details are everwhere in this thing!
Thank you very much for commenting it. This makes me really happy :) Because i've some stormchaser trucks, i decided spontaneously to build this Tower. I think it fits well to my stormchaser theme.

Quoting MortalSwordsman . Great job. The 'worm's eye view shots' (looking up) are fantastic.
Thanks a lot for your kind comment. I'm glad that you like it so much. It was a spontaneous idea to build this because i must wait a longer time for new parts for my new FDNY projects. Btw, whats your real name?
