This is the Hyper sled. Used by the mountain warriors of a distant planet, it came to earth by accident when a transport ship was attacked by space pirates and crashed into a meteor. A mark 1 prototype sled landed in the mountains and was found by the tribes who showed their creation to the world and then manufactured thousands more for their tribe. it can also be used as a jet ski type vehicle for lakes and oceans.
