Another favourite, just looks like it! A relative of mine had one of them - this was a nice experience as a child ... |

Hey LEGO Porsche fans, take a look at the new chrome wheels, if you like. I think they look even cooler on the 914... :-)) |

Looks good, especially at the rear. A guy around the corner from me is restoring an orange one - great to see your LDD rendering in that colour. |

Nice use of that new (cheese-with-1x1 plate) piece. That works really well, especially for the different angles on the front. Its refreshing to see a model of a less common Porsche. Great work :) |

ravishingly beautiful! Hey Malte, the 914 is still missing in your Porsche museum, isn't it? ;-))

... I have not seen the slightly larger 'cheese slice' pieces before, where did you get them? Those aren't really "cheese wedges" as they have an additional 1x1 plate at the bottom. You can see that on the grey ones I used for the wind screen. The parts are getting quite common, but they are still only available in few colours. In new dark grey and red you can even buy them in the "Pick-A-Brick" section at lego.com. Some of the new monster sets have the first ones in black. This is the catalog entry on BrickLink: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=92946
