Based on the popular board game of killing evil and taking its stuff.
About this creation
I may or may not make more of these. Most likely, I'll end up saying I will but never uploading any.

It was originally intended to be part of an activity-restoring enterprise.
Then I procrastinated on photographing it for most of a month.
So much for that.
So yeah, pretty conventional dungeon crawling party, just with the healer replaced with a ranged specialist and the magic nuke on legs replaced with a hybrid mage/healer. In D&D terms I suspect it would be Thief/Fighter/Ranger/dual-class Mage/Cleric (if possible). I wouldn't know; most of what I know of that game I got through osmosis.
Anyway, if I do continue this into a series of adventure snapshots, I'll probably try to bounce off as many of the old RPG and adventure movie cliches as possible.
Sort of like pinball with one-liners and easily escaped death traps.

Tried using about 5 other pictures and MocPages won't let me change it. Though I saw the uploader was fixed, so I wonder if it'll work now.
Hooray! I can finally move on from that avatar! |

Noice.
Though, I doubt you remember me. I don't expect anyone to remember me. My days of large scale activity are long gone. They've vanished. I won't be sad or disappointed if you don't remember. But I remember you and your trademark brand of snarkiness. Might explain some of mine as well.
But that's besides the point. Glad to see you're still well.
See you've still got the Sheltie for an avatar. |

I went through all of your FPS spoofs a couple of years ago. It'd be hilarious to see you do the same with fantasy gaming. |

Nicely done, but those skeletons don't stand a chance against a multi-classed nuke on legs...
IIRC the D&D multiclassing rules tend to give you some of the powers and all of the weaknesses. Magic needs to be prepared a day ahead of time, so your average mage is likely to have a diverse spread of powers readied; sure, you CAN just kit up to nuke everything you meet (Fireballs in enclosed spaces? Sure, why not!) but when you come across something nuke-proof (like a 10'x10'x10' room filled with evil, all devouring jelly) you'll be in trouble. |

Planning on starting ACCIS sometime this year? :P
I figured I'd wait until next, actually- I kid, I kid. Actually, I figured that anyone who hasn't said what they want to do probably isn't going to. Maybe today, maybe tomorrow. |

(Had to wipe the quote- frakking useless ISP filter having a fit)
And yet I've never actually played either. Ah, TVTropes; 'tis a wond'rous invention. Feel free to FM me any ideas you may have, by the way. I'm a bit vague on some of the details; I know all about bored adventurers pawning the fortress gates, but there's probably a whole slew of entertaining situations I don't know about because I've never actually played a game of D&D in my life. |

Looks a lot like a climbing training place. Or a playground-ish thing with skeletons and medieval weapons.
Not every dungeon has a convenient and accessible entrance. Some require a bit of legwork to enter. Something like climbing down an air shaft. |
