The ubiquitous Space-Hawk is used throughout the first two Alien Wars as the mainstay troop shuttle of GAIA's fleet.
About this creation
VTOL shuttle - carries two pilots, navigator and up to 12 passengers.

The Space Hawk was basically designed to be gunship support for the platoon it deploys.

Behind 4th wall,

I have been in a frenzy of building for the next episode of Endgame and this is the VTOL I needed for a scene. It just came out so well I figured it deserved it's own page. Cheers all :)

Long live GAIA!!!

Quoting Mike Johnson My favorite nugget here is how you built the GAIA logo into the wings. Of course the classic style you used reminds me of early fighter jet designs from the 50's and 60's. Bravo, and long live GAIA!
Cheers Mike, yes, I always imagined that symbol as the 'Union Jack' equivalent for GAIA - ie, more or less used in conjunction with the navy more than anything else, ie pertaining to GAIA itself while all those other symbols I use tend to be more about referring to the planet Earth, the Seal of the Crown, the Cross and Earth's early space empire.

Cool! It does have a bit of a retro-feel to it. Those pontoon-looking sections underneath and the wings gives it a quite unique shape :-) Nice work on those color transitions too!

Very, very nice work here. Looks quasi-futuristic, with a strangely retro look to it. All in all, a very good mix here with the two combined. Has a great appeal, and makes a perfect drop-ship. Keep it up! -Ultra
