Lego Flying Scotsman built only from the LDraw base library.
About this creation
This is the famous British Flying Scotsman. I know that many people have modeled this in lego already, but here's my version. The MLCAD instructions are in the brickshelf folder. Although I had seen the Scotsman before, I really felt like modelling it only after seeing it, like my Class 50, in the Train Simulator game. It uses castle wheels, so I doubt that it will run on regular track. But other than this drawback, I think it turned out quite nicely; a very neat body, tender and cab too. The buffers on both ends use tyres instead of the regular lego buffers. If your'e wondering how I got the shot of the cab, LeoCAD permits you to do this directly from the model itself, instead of having to build it seperately, and then take a picture, like you have to in MLCAD. Tell me what you think of my work. Rate/write a review!

The Cab, as seen if you were standing behind the engineer's seat.

This is my favorite shot of the model. When seen as a thumbnail, it looks almost like a rendered image! (for rendered images, see the bricklshelf folder.)
