Oil, steel, gunpowder, electricity. Long ago, the four nations of America lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the FRA attacked...
About this creation
Good morning, afternoon, or evening viewer. I'm not feeling 100% right now, so I'll be brief. This here is a product of several things, none of which I remember, except I built it while the Union was in a dire time. This is what happens to your planned commentaries when you wait 4 months to upload everything. Also, these pictures are terrible. What was I thinking... It was 4 months ago, I don't remember.

Anyways, this is the MT-7 Fairweather, the newest horror produced by OAAE. It's got a 128mm main cannon, 30mm rotary cannon right next to it, with a turret-mounted machine gun for the commander. Missile pods of 8 are available, as always. A clever viewer notes that I stole those words from the Flickr description. Oh, it's got kind-of-working suspension too!

Side picture. I really should iron that sheet. Too bad I don't know how.

Back. It's like a Panther and T-55 had a baby dosed with Ian MacDonald-radiation.

Turret really turns! And engine deck.

Turret details. Trans red is so pretty. Like the blood of California, as I burned its cities to the ground rather than let them fall to the communists.

More tank.

Tank tank.

This turned out a lot better than I thought it would.

Chairman Wilson is almost as tall as the hull. In Lego terms, this thing is pretty low to the ground. Not as low as the MT-6, but then again, the Baker was my most Baelish worthy tank.

Underneath. This is how you can see how I did what had to be done.

Suspension, it kind of works. It worked better, until I put in the upper wheels, which limited lower wheel movement. Sadface.

So yeah, almost through June, my first MOC posted since Christmas... Doesn't look too good for old Awe, does it? Luckily, I've got a lot of things coming up. Here's to hoping I don't drop the ball on my last summer before entering the college-forced dark age that will soon be upon me.

I wager I'll get ten comments today, viewer. What do you think?

Nice to see something from you again ! I like that use of trans red on the turret. I must say I still hope to see a walker someday among your creations before you reach dark ages ;)

Quoting Spencer "Hawkeye" Pearce So what's the most important thing when making tanks? I recently refit one of mine to give it more functions, but I hate the way it turned out. What's your advice?
The most important thing? Don't be afraid to try new things. Play around with the design, go looking for inspiration on other MOCs, don't make anything final until you're happy with the result.

Only the Fairweather, master of all four elements, could stop them. But when the Union needed them most, they vanished.

Always good to see you upload something. Even if it didn't help you win the war.

One hundred years later, my brother and I discovered the new Union's tank. It still has a lot to learn, but I believe it can save the world.

Because sometimes you just need more missile than tank.

Quoting Dr. Spontaneous Nice to see a larger photo set for this tank. Still digging the low profile. What college are you going to BTW?
That'd be University of Oregon, in the town of Eugene.
