My second entry to the FOMC. I got moved to average so I decided to re use the element people like in my begginners creation.it's supposed to be medieval themed.

About this creation

The idea is this: The Urls (a made up species who rely on magic to see,sense feel hear taste get nourishment etc...) Found one of their best mages was making money by illegally selling high quality Magic artifacts and potions to humans who didn't have high enough skill to use them well.
So they sent another of their mages to his camp and execute this outlaw.
My colors were:
Tan
Brown
Dk.Grey
Trans clear
Trans blue
Sand green
You can't find any element in the creation wich have other colors (I double checked) .
Since I got moved to adverage,I tried to use some of the elements people liked in my "Begginners creation."

Overview.

When looking in his crystal ball,the outlaw foresaw the mage arriving.And hurriedly tried to escape,but it was too late. The mage rose out of the water and blasted a jet of it at the outlaw.But he missed and knocked down crates instead.this gave the outlaw time to prepare an attack which he directed at the mage.But the mage had done the same and the two magical attacks met each other in a whirlpool of......cant find a word for my big ring.

Ring thing also makes a pretty cool bracelet :P LOL

Well I put this in many medieval-Themed groups so it needed something to clearly SHOW it's medieval and I've been blabbering about upcoming medieval MOCs well,Do you believe me now that I show you their WIP ? It's also a good opportunity to show you my workspace.

Well,Actually,it's not a poster,it's the January issue of the "Brickjournal" magazine,and their theme that month was "Space war" but the marine on the cover is by mark stafford on mocpages: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/318667

Nice job. Cool idea. Maybe the word you're looking for is "vortex"? Both combatants used the same spell at the same time creating a whirlpool like water vortex. I really like the ring though, and how the noob is using a seemingly powerful spell and the mage just uses a puddle. Brilliant. ~cheers
