I've wanted to build a micro scale space station for a while. This is half way there - consider this an initial sketch.

Great mini build! Love the mini fighters and the space station is excellent! You've really managed to stay with the good ol' classic space and then incorporate some new/modern techniques to it! Excellent work! |

Hold your horses there, those ships will return. As I noted this is a sketch; I'm planning a much larger station, and full micro scale dio. It will hopefully be a photoshop epic. |

Gorgeous, David. One of my favorites of your work. The shaping of the station has that look of something that could actually be out there. Nice work mixing up the angles a bit. I also like the design of the micro ship. Well done, sir. |

I don't really go for sleek looking sci-fi, I like to think I draw from 60s and 70s classic sci-fi art and pre-Star Wars model making. I glad you find them fun, that's the aim. Thanks for the really kind comments. |
