Here is my fifth MOC in my series. Norman Rockwell is one of my favorite painters. His realistic paintings of everyday life portray stories which draw attention to the actions of his subjects. Here is a painting called "The Runaway." Enjoy!

you missed a few here, the blackboard on the wall, and the glass pantry are missing, attention to the lenght of the counter s bricks, and you could have leaned the police a little more, the scene still carries a bit of the nostalgic feeling, but, it dimineshed by the lack of subtle props of the period, key to the piece, maybe too subtle hein? lol! |

Very nice! I agree perhaps the room and counter could use a bit more work but other wise excellent capture of the cast. I agree with the revanchist that sack is well done (that IS a helmet, right?) Also, the way you made the legs for the sitting boy is a great idea :-)
Yes, that is a helmet. Thanks! The legs of the boy stumped me for a while. The dwarf legs wouldn't bend, so I settled for a plate.

Awesome attention to detail! Though I bit more detail in the designing of the counter would add a bit more to it but still, excellent representation! |

Another nice one. My only comment is I think the counter front could have some more deatils in it.
Yes, I know what you mean. I did think of that. Thanks for commenting sir!

Quoting El Barto ! Nice! A lot of Rockwell's paintings were done here in Vermont, and some of those child models are still around (in their 80s).
Is that so! Thanks for the info.
