Lake Brickmont Ladder 881 is a 2001 Spartan/Spencer/LTI. It has a 1500 GPM pump, 500 gallon water tank, and a 75 ft. aerial ladder. This truck was in the planning stages at the time of 9/11, hence the color scheme. This truck was based off of Union, IN's Quint. I had the privilege to see and photograph this truck earlier this month. Differences include a double hosebed, different rear end, and 50 stars on the cab instead of just 30. This is the only Lake Brickmont truck that will have this color scheme.
Awesome truck, love the paint job! Good amount of detail on the truck as well. Fire station by me doesn't have stuff like this, though they only have two trucks, some times only one, the county keeps making them loan one of them to other stations and it keeps coming back a little smashed up. I really like the hose attachment points, nice job.
WOW Zak! This is a absolutely beautiful Truck. Fantastic decalwork and great built with very nice details. I don't know what I have more to say about that. This is absolutely stunning!! Great work mate ;)
As I already said when you showed me it, it blows me away! I really like this unit. The stars add that American flag look. How long did it take you to apply the decals ? The pictures you sent me looked like it was monotonous.
Absolutley stunning Zako, love the decalling. Looks exactly like the real rig. Really like the cabinet design with the sideways brick, very clever idea. Definatly your best work here Zak, you should be prod of this one man.
