AT-ST: Ambush!
An AT-ST Pounds, uncontested through the forest, suddenly a Rebel soldier leaps out from behind a tree and fires! AMBUSH! the scout cries... Though the AT-ST has been made multiple times by LEGO, I've never actually owned one. So here's my entirely scratch built version. I didn't want to post it on it's own, I do too many vehicles and not enough dios so I built this small vig to go with it.
About this creation

Rebel Vanguard: BattleFront Version. I was about to post just the walker but thought it a bit boring. so I quickly through together the reb rocket-soldier which reminded me of the many times on Endor, fleeing for my life from one of those tanks, turning to empty my launcher and then dodge long enough to reload. So I whipped together a quick jungle scene.
I quite like how the rocket launcher turned out. It just goes to show take a simple build your not happy with, add flames and a rocket and suddenly you have a masterpiece.

Close up: I'm mostly pleased with how this turned out except for the obvious mismatched colors. Can't help it my collection is to obscure and varied for a decent build of just one color.

The Scout-Trooper spots the Rebel seconds too late! The Missile is already on it's fateful course!

Left Side: Concussion Grenade Launcher.

Right Side: Anti-Personal (AP) Blaster

The Hatch.

The Feet. I love how they turned out. Probably the truest to the original part of the build.

Rocket in Flight. HA! I finally got my focus how I wanted it, Take that crummy camera!

The Vangaurd. I think he looks a lot like they do in the game. (sorry for the chaotic background)

Menacing Pose: Chin mounted Heavy-Blasters. Note the Comm-link jammer underneath the chin. It seems the enterprising commander had this moved it from it's usual location on the rear of the control cabin to a more protected spot. Too bad that won't do him any good when a missile strikes his cabin.

I'm relatively pleased with this model as I think (other than the thrice accursed color variance.) it looks much like the real thing. However I would love to hear any constructive criticism or suggestions (other than the color which for the moment I'm powerless to fix.) on how to improve it.

My sister just brought up a plate of fresh home made Chocolate Chip Cookies. Got to go and leave my feed-back (no pun intended) on the newest recipe. I love my family!
Gotta go, Thanks for looking and God Bless you,
Mando Verd.

This is a nice little diorama. Although the legs of the walker are a bit thin, the whole thing comes together well. I totally agree on your senttaments regarding the Clone Wars "Mandalorians." I think they just decided to ruin as much cannon as possible when making that pitiful excuse for a TV show. If possible, coud you check out some of my creations please?

Quoting Nils Hagberg The flame was a very nice effect!
Thanks! Actually, I'll be posting a creation soon that, I believe, makes better use of the technique.
