About this creation

It's a child's scream, a young girl's scream, there's no one in the arena capable of making that sound except Rue. And now I'm running, knowing this may be a trap, knowing the three Careers may be poised to attack me, but I can't help myself. There's another high-pitched cry, this time my name. "Katniss! Katniss!"
"Rue!" I shout back, so she knows I'm near, and hopefully the girl who has attacked them with tracker jackers and gotten an eleven they still can't explain will be enough to pull their attention away from her.
"Rue! I'm coming!"

Okay, so if you haven't read The Hunger Games before, go read it now. Actually, go read it later, I'll fill you in now. A girl named Katniss Everdeen lives in the far future of North America in a country called Panem. Panem is divided into districts where parts of their population live. Annually they have a national game called The Hunger Games where one boy and one girl are randomly picked from each district to go and fight each other to the death in an already prepared arena. Katniss is chosen to go, and during the games she gets attached to a little girl named Rue who is her ally. When Rue gets caught by Marvel, the boy from District 1, obviously Katniss tries to save her. There. I won't tell you any more, go read it now!

The current from a nearby river pushes water along.

Rue, sadly caught in Marvel's nifty net.

Marvel, winding up to do what he does best, throw spears.

Katniss is putting her life on the line to save her ally Rue.

Here's the vig without the figs, I'm quite proud of it as it's the biggest vignette I've ever built. *Audience claps in background*

These are the figs. Hmm...nothing else to say...

This is a comparison of my LEGO Katniss to the real Katniss. Also, I took the photo on the right from the internet, apparently part of The Hunger Games movie, which I haven't seen yet. Therefore, if you see any differences between my vig and the movie, it's because I based this vig off of the book, not the movie.

I read the book and saw the movie(the book was better, but the movie was still very good). You did an excellent job with this scene!
