You can find it in the Edit/Preferences tab on the top of the screen. You can also adjust the quality of the bricks there and lot of other things.

It seems I don't know what advanced shading is. Is it a mod?

I still love the artillery turret but please use advanced shading. It helps to see the Moc better.
