For those who couldn’t make it to Brickworld in Chicago this past weekend, Chris Malloy and I shot a video of us walking through the entire exhibit and highlighting some MOCs. Our goal was to bring you as close to the convention as we could, so grab some snacks and enjoy!
Photo above taken with Nick Jensen's Halo shotgun.
I loved yours and Tyler's display, "Mirage," and voted for it as best group layout. The Eurobricks display that won was nice, but no one can beat the imaginative and complex creations that you two do, and this one was another masterpiece!
Sorry it took so long to get here. Finding the time to watch a 45 min. video... but man was it worth it! Great seeing the entire convention again, like an addict going back for another fix ya know? Can't wait till next year! Hopefully the new place will be much better. If it ends up being the one they were telling us about then it'll be even closer to my house... which is a good thing... for me haha. Great seeing you again and I'll see ya next year! ~ Chris.
Excellent job gents! Thank you for the kind comments on my build Nannan. After that long drive, I don't think the wife and I are anxious to tote another large build across the country next year....so may have to scale it down a bit for 2013. ;)
I saw the video; Thanks for sharing! It was very nice to be able to see the whoel exhibition like this, and I thanks you also for the comments and explanations along the way. Please try to fix the sound-problem next time... ;-)
Squeeeeekk... Squeeeekkk... Humm, hum... Squeeeeekk... I suggest shooting video first, mute the sound and then comment over it. It was good to see, but bad to hear.
Nannan,
The video is was a great way for people to get a look at some of the highlights of Brickworld and hear two individuals take on those builds. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for doing this Nannan! Great job. I was psyched to see my Bionicle landscape show up in your video. This video should raise a lot of interest for Brickworld!
Nicely done Nannan and Chris! The video was a very comfortable length, had good commentary, and managed to cover a lot of the prominent things at BW this year. Hope you make another one next year!
Great coverage of all the amazing MOCs displayed at Brickworld. Yes, Spencer R is on mocpages and Flickr. I'm the one who did the microscale skyscrapers in the smaller ballroom, however, I am only on mocpages.
