My first entry to Dan the Man's 9th Car Contest: Italian Cars. Also my first car in 4 months, did you miss me? :)
About this creation
This creation took way longer than it should have, with school and extra lessons in the way. This is also my first 7-wide, so it was pretty difficult at times. :\ These pictures were taken at night and rushed (camera battery), so excuse the quality of some of the pictures. :D

The all important side view. Notice that I didn't add the distinctive air scoop, there wasn't really a piece that would look good in this scale.

I really like the focus in this shot :) You might have noticed by now, there are no features of any sort, as this time I was mainly going for accuracy.

Looks awesome! I really like it, especially the front and rear:) I think the windscreen looks a little unfinished though, and a roof would be nice.. anyway, great build!:)

Awesome work Larry! I knew exactly what it was without reading the title. The sign of a great build. Some really nice techniques here as always from you. I have to agree with LB about the cockpit, it looks a little unfinished but I still love the rest of the car. Well done and I hope you get back on the homepage, this car deserves it!

I agree completely, but I feared that a bricklink order would not come in time.

I would suggest fixing that by using a 3mm soft hose (?), connected it to the levers (the windshield seems a tad too short), and changing it to a coupe. But still a really great entry; *sigh* let's see if I can complete mine in time. 4.5/5 -LB Jr.
