Story#1: @ was a regular Toa of ice that had a wish. He wanted to know everything, so he discovered internet. soon after, he was attracted by the other things the internet had to offer, like games. eventually, he forgot the reason he discovered internet in the first place, and he installed network cables on his back so that he will be online the whole time. the other Toas nicknamed him the Toa of internet due to his obsession. Eventually, he atracted a computer virus. Since he was directly connected to the internet, and had no firewalls or antivirus programs, the virus deleted his memory and his personality. He became just an empty shell harboring the computer virus. but the virus gained consciousness and mistaken that he was a Toa. The virus thought that somebody else deleted his memory, and he took a new name, @, which is the symbol of internet.

Bio: Once the Virus took over @'s mind it got a body and evolved. It became a living being, but it was dependent of @'s body in order to survive. The Virus deleted @'s memories, but their minds fused. Thinking that somebody else did this, the Virus continued living as a Toa.

I know that the story seems a bit unrelated with the build, but I will try to explain it now.This might also be my first MOC with a deeper meaning than it seems. I wanted the Toa part of the MOC to look like an ordinary Toa with a red and white color scheme, while the back side was full of spikes and had a color scheme similar to the virus. The Toa is completely custom, aside from the hands and feet, while the tentacle things of the virus were made mostly out of HF bones to create contrast with the Toa side of the character. The first idea was to recreate the two sides of the internet, one that was clean and pure which was represented by white, and the other that was corrupted and evil which was represented by the black. The red parts were meant to be the fusion of the two, like a balance. You can find the first two WIP versions of this guy on my Flickr profile :)

Sorry about some dark and blurry pics, I need to find a better place to take pictures.
