Meet Sizann, the outcast!
About this creation

Alright, this one takes some explaining. Echo makes his Draconians with tails, so decided to make one with wings!

Her story is that wings is a rare genetic mutation among the Draconians, similar to the "Spiny" mutation. It only happens one out of a (whatever a trillion times a trillion is) times. She's the third to be found with the wings mutation, and it's only appeared thousands of years back, making her a rare specimen. Unfortunately, it also made her an outcast, as it isn't commonly known knowledge that this mutation exists. She lives in the less populated areas, constantly traveling...

Alright, I've uploaded none of the MOCs I've promised.
