This reminds of of the current challenge between Roa and Retinence of revamping a character but at a larger scale. I especially love the face, with those extra teeth the set itself didn't have. Taking a closer look at the body I see you managed to use the Nektann head piece and zamor spheres in the body which is great. Altough I don't know why you added the zamors.

The font is called "Voya Nui". I think it used to be available on the Bionicle website, but now it can be found on many free font websites.
