Personality: Chivalrous, loyal, yet somewhat rebellious and cocky in battle.
Backstory: He was made a toa after defending his village, and he intends to keep his title. He fights for what's right. Although his actions may be a bit shady, he does it to protect others, which is one of the reasons he is among the Vanguard. His element makes others avoid him in battle, as the tiniest amount of caesium could react with their armour and potentially kill them.

So, what do you think? He's fairly simple, but I like him. Especially with the overkill. =P Anyway, in case you haven't noticed, he was somewhat inspired by War Machine from Iron Man. I've always loved the idea of gun overkill. Heh. So, feel free to comment! :D
