About this creation

For the 2012 Bio Cup Eliminatories.
Edit: Yeah that's not happening because of my vacation so now it's just a quick build inspired by the Bio Cup.

So yeah, it's Zaktan. Mainly built just to build with the hope that I might advance past the eliminatories which would get me to build more MOCs. I find I build better and have a better completion rate when under pressure. This was probably one of my quickest builds to date and it shows but whatever. He was completed in one day with pictures taken the next. There are a lot of things that I would have done differently if I A) had the pieces(seriously, all of my dark green is big clunky parts) and B) this was a serious MOC. That said, I don't think he looks too bad from the front, but you don't want to see the back.

Anyway, things I would have done differently (Just so you know I'm aware of the flaws):
1. A properly armored groin/hip area
2. More impressive legs?
3. Custom feet with gold claws
4. Hands with gold claws
5. More impressive arms?
6. The back

Nice! I like how you kept the originals' shape, and the golden pieces looks like armor instead like a body! Good luck in the contest!
