And now, some greeble closeups:

Head greebles

Shoulder greebles

Closeup of the weapon

Closeup of the "backpack"

"Backpack" greebles

Leg closeup. I added the "police" stickers because the Vahki were supposed to guard Metru Nui.

I also kept the spider mode, just like the original.

The "iconic" Vahki pose

I'm really glad that I revamped Keerakh instead of Nuju, which was my first intention. Instead of doing something even more bulky and adding or replacing some features, I decided to keep all of the features the original had, just make them better. The color locations (aside from some black and red pieces) are the same like the original. This MOC actually looks better in person, but one of my lights broke and it was getting dark, so I had to take pics with the flash on my camera. There is a pic missing, but it isn't that important anyway, there are plenty others that show the front of the MOC. BTW, this is my first time entering the Bio-Cup, wish me luck :)

Only one word to describe
this: AWESOME! .The random pieces make it look more robotic. The legs are perfect and the arms
to. I love it when the blades are under the arms. The chest is wonderful .And you vere able
to retain the crawler mode.
I would love to build it myself
and i have that vahki set so would it be possible to make some instructions ?
I´ll give it a 10/10
Thanks, sadly, I've disassembled this MOC a while ago, but I can remake a part of it for instructions if you want :) |

You retained the shape and the spider look of the character very well, my problem here is that he looks messy at parts, with unecessary pieces thrown around in random limbs that don't make him look better. A sleeker design would improve him. Still, quite a good entry. 7/10
Thank you :) |

Nice. It's well built, and it's in theme. I'll pretend those pics were made dark intenionally. Only the arms I don't like that much. 7/10.
Thanks, one of the lamps broke so I couldn't make the pics brighter :) |

dude this is amazing! I really like it, especially the way the weapons are stored on the arm (I think?), and the way you turn the legs around and flip the blades down to make the four legged position! The head greebles are just ok, but otherwise its awesome!
Thanks, I'm hoping I'll do good in the contest :) |

Very cool entry! Like you said, I like how you kept the shape of the original, and the possibility to "transform" him! There are also some nice details on him! And the lightbox makes much better pictures, even when it's a bit dark. Good luck in the contest!
Thanks, I took the pics as soon as I made the lightbox. Good luck to you too :) |

i really like the fact that it looks heavy armed, really suits as a vahki, flaws i see are the elbow looks a bit skinny, adding some armor would help, and i still see a lot of red and blue pins, other than that it's great :)
Thanks for the comment. Yes, the red pins bother me too, but I tried to cover them up as much as I could. As for the blue ones, I think they fir the blue color of Keerakh's "brain/eye" piece :) |

Sorry, had to. Great MOC. As I said with the Bordakh revamp, I love Vahki, and this one's really cool as well. I definitely like the inclusion of the quadrupedal mode within the MOC.
Thanks, I really wanted to keep the spider mode of the Vahki and this one actually has some transforming parts in the legs :) |
