your bird is cool, knowing what you have as connection to them is poetic, and touches the romantic man in me, the problem is me...I feel so sad about the animals, it actually puts me down checking yours, I have been gone a long time, and can t remember the good it s doing to post or vote them, I ll check your debuts to feel better, I have just submitted lego a theme concept for the future, each animal sold in plastic, would benefit money for it s real counterpart, I wonder what they will answer, I ve been thinking about saving animals for a long time, I hope it helps, I know you do that for the same reasons, so, I m touched by your action, great inspiration tom! |

If i might do one , it'll probably be an African Hoopoe ! It was amazing to see one ! Actually i saw two ! One in Egypt (he opened his crown and then flew away with his black and white wings ...)and another one in Bostwana ! But i'm still thinking about . Got a few things i might want to do also . |

I hope you will get enough pieces for that ! I'd really love to see that ! :) I am thinking of making a bird myself ! Like a tribute to you because you inspired me so much ! What do you think about it ? I'd love to see a bird from you Deus! Maybe you could build the crow as you mentioned it earlier and you know I'm not planning on building one. I do have plans for an American Bird series as I've had so many requests and there are some absolute stunners (especially the Blue Jay, Steller's Jay and the Scarlet Tanager to name just a few)! |

It's lovely that we got the same birds flying around but in a diferent country !
I really love these ! But i do think you need the make open wings like some others you have made . Try that ! it'll look amazing !
Next up : a black crow perhaps ? Thanks Deus! I really wanted to give Magnus wings but unfortunately I don't have enough 1x plate to do so. I think the Magpies wings are stunning. Maybe one day I can give him an upgrade :-) I'm affraid a crow will not be on the list. I think the Magpie is about as monochrome as I will go with my bird builds. Get ready for a technicolour treat :-)

The more birds I build the more exposure and support I will receive. Don't worry I will get back to building cars soon but my focus is on the birds until I gain 10,000 supporters ;-P |

Beautiful. I was at Bird Land in Bourton on the Water today with my children, and was thinking of your Mocs. If Bristol Zoo won't display them, you should try them. ( http://www.birdland.co.uk/) Ooh what a good idea I've been to Bourton several times before I absolutely love the Cotswolds! I was contacted by BBC Springwatch today and there's a good chance they will feature the birds on their "Unsprung" programme. I am expecting a phonecall tomorrow to confirm so fingers crossed!
