The VAF-09 is a small, lightly armed, and lightly armored recon mech. This model of mech is four generations outdated, the latest being the mark 13, however, it still sees much service in older systems, and in urban control due to its small size.

About this creation

4th: I know its been ages since I last uploaded anything, but I do have a couple projects in the works that will be ready some time down the road. The build was inspired/based on a drawing by Ian MacDonald.

I like the canopy, clever design, but the enemy could neutralize him with a water pistol the way he is exposed!

Finally a single seat walker that cares about the pilot. Sometimes it rains, sometimes it is 105� in the sun. Now you can scout in comfort knowing you're covered from Mother Nature. Great job. ~cheers

If it runs and shoots, that satisfies 90% of military requirements. Age is irrelevant. Looks great, love the use of the cape as the shelter, and the offset gun. Great work! -Ultra
