Dog transport
1956 GMC Scenicruiser "Greyhound Lines"
About this creation
A 7-wide model of the most iconic american public transportation bus of the ī50ies.

Be advised that the model is slightly WIP, as the grey curved slopes on the roof will be changed to blue ones, later on...

A photo of the real thing;

A couple of closeups;

This is the first time EVER that I have used stickers in a MOC. So while I was at it preparing the decals, I made a couple for one of the other vehicles;

Edit; This MOC was Blogged by the Brothers Brick saturday 2, June 2012.

Quoting Thomas Graafland Awesome bus! It looks great! How did you do the stickers? I'm very eager to know, cause I'd like to do it myself too. 5/5
Iīm but a total novice in sticker-territory. These are whole A4 transparent plastic-sheets printed on a colour laser printer. Pictures are "borrowed" from internet (Google is your friend) and pasted into an MS-Word document. This has been cumbersome and expensive. Quality is low. Hopefully youīll find a better method...

You know you are the "prince" of vehicles so all I have to say is what made this presentation special is the picture of the GRAYHOUND BUS! BRAVO, take a bow!

Quoting Marin Stipkovic It's nice but I can't help thinking that dark blue would fit better. Any chance of that happening?
Itīs a good idea, but I feel that the prototype is closer to bright blue. (So; sorry, no chance for that.)
