Well, my third alternate of the Hillside House, my 60th creation and my 50th alternate design of CREATOR sets. This time, I built something more... actual. It is a simple house with a lot of windows and a solar panel on the roof.

About this creation

Another angle: I couldn't decide which picture to pick as the main one.

The left side of the front yard with its long chair and its fountain.

The right side with its parking, its flowers, its tree and its electric plug for the electric car.

The interior is unfortunately too small to be filled with furnitures.

On the back, there are four opening windows.

I like it: the flat roof, the fenestration, the water feature, and the nice garden all add a lot of character to this MOC...and with the addition of the solar panel, you are keeping this family's carbon footprint low...this one is great fun!

Well done ! The modern style make a nice renew to your ALT building. I like the waterfall. I miss your nice playable furniture. Your house ALT are underrated.

By leaving the red sloped roof elements out, you created a house with a completely different look and feel to it. Very nice, and I agree it does look quite modern! Both pictures could be used as main image. One shows the car a bit nicer, the other the small waterfall. As you do not consider your car building skills very good, I think you picked the right main image. ;-)
