My first MOC that utilizes my grey baseplate, the first military base (that I have posted), and the first to take other MOCs and put them together to form one large MOC. I decided to name the base after MOCpages founding father, Sean Kenney.
About this creation

A view from a stealth helicopter. This facility was constructed to aid development of long-range tactical rail guns for planetary and interstellar warfare. It is also the headquarters of the AEACD, (American espionage and alien counter division), that which has agents equivalent to the IMF, SHIELD, MI-6, Section 31, etc.

A docked frigate at Sean. These frigates are extremely versatile, small, and easy to maneuver.

The "Head Honcho" building, or control room, for the Rail Gun. This building plots coordinates for the gun as well.

The actual Rail Gun. This is actually my howitzer, just without its base.

This is the cargo train. It supplies parts to the Fabrication Area that are needed to make the warheads for the Rail Gun.

Cargo train moving..

This is a tram service that allows agents and facility members easy access from the helipad (not built or seen), the air force base, (not built or seen either), and the train station, (yet again not built or seen).

Just a sort of side angle. Those buildings in the foreground are development/research centers. They range from development of cough medicine, to reverse engineering things.

This is the actual AEACD headquarters. They have an excellent view of the Rail Gun and other facilities.

This picture is the inside of the Fabrication Facility. Those to black 1x1 nose cone pieces represent finished warheads.

Here we have the inside of Mission Control, which has a direct link to the White House. They initiate the launch sequence, and authorize on base research.

Another AEACD HQ shot.

This building is the last stop for the warhead before it is put into the Rail Gun. This serves as a maintenance facility, warhead armory, and warhead armament. It has its own AA gun, since this building contains a "OK to FIRE" button. Also, it has its own complement of solar panels. Who said warfare couldn't be green?

This is normally where the army keeps its equipment. Otherwise, its employ parking.

And a final, areal view.
This was an amazing MOC to build. And the best part: I didn't have to destroy anything to build it. And since this will be my last MOC for a while, I am going to list my built creations below:
Sean Military Testing Facility
F-15
F-22
F-16
USS Enterprise-D
Defiant (new and unreleased yet)
Abrams tank skeleton
