I decided it was finally time to update my UPIG uniform. This time I have a jetpack to use in emergencies as well as gloves to protect my hands.

Purposely. I will still have the orange sleeve on various occasions, but I was going for more of a stealth outlook. Edit: Also, if you've noticed, I've had previous incarnations without an orange sleeve.
