Alright, I had to make this your second best creation! I love the swivel head!

I think this has to be my fave of your bird sculptures - i've been lucky enough to see a couple in the wild and some more up close at falconry displays and for me that face is just superbly done. I love the mouse too, far cuter than a regurgitated pellet!

Thanks John, I agree the body could do with a bit of work especially after seeing a real one the other day, I will at some point improve on him :-)

This is amazing! the only thing I'm not sure about is how straight and rectangular the body is.If you made the body as lifelike and rounded as the head, I would mistake it for a real one!

Ooh thanks George! I'll have to get another 8000 odd people to support first, I think it's going to take some time. It's really slowed down now :-( The good news is the birds are going to be featured in a couple of magazines soon. And I have started building a new series of birds. Hi! I wouldn't worry about what your friends think, if you enjoy it then carry on building. I'm 34 and there are a lot of older Lego builders than mr so it's not for babies it's for all ages. Besides it's being productive with your time and you get a great sense of achievement you don't get when playing computers games for example. There are a lot of people on mocpages that think you are building great things (me included) so please carry on and most importantly enjoy it :-) looking forward to seeing the Beemer!

Nicely done! I really like the head, but I feel the body could be a bit thicker around the middle. Still, this is a superb MOC and I also like the angled tail bit. Great work! Oh, and I supported your project earlier. :)
