My first attempt to build a modular building. I feel a bit intimated when I see all the marvelous buildings people do in the Café Corner group, and I don't know if mine has the quality to be in it. Officially, it's my second real modular, but the first one was too horrible to be shown on MOCpages. I only used my old LEGO bricks to build this model, which means that I didn't have all the bricks I wish I had, and that I couldn't put as much detail as I would have liked to. Still, I'm proud of what I've come up with: a simple residence for one person with furnitures and everything a minifigure needs to live.
About this creation
The back of the building: not much to see.
The "backyard": a balcony with a barbecue, a table and some chairs.
The facade of the building. It has a large front window and some nice flowers.
The ground floor: a kitchen, the stairs (of course) and the back door.
Under the stairs is a little bathroom with a sink and a toilet.
The first floor: a living room with a bookshelf, two sofas and a flatscreen TV.
In another angle.
The second floor: mainly a bedroom with a bed, a lamp on a table and a chest of drawers.
Such a great building! The interior is nicely made too, I like the use of pieces.
I like it

What I really like about both your house and this building are the fact that you let it flow, you found some kind of design with a lot of different colors and bricks. I am finding it harder and harder to get creative these days, so hats off to you on these great builds! Chris
