Jacob Lofstar was a Jedi Knight during the Clone Wars. He was a skilled warrior and led his troops to several victories until he was killed by Fayla Hawow.
Jacob strongly believed in the Jedi Order, even when promised a great future at Dooku's side by Hawow. He refused to join the Dark Jedi and fought bravely during his final moments.
