(Kasamir places the Force Crystal on a pedestal and turns to face his acolytes)
Kasamir-At last we have assembled all the necessary artifacts and Darth Vulnero will return, and lead us to victory!
(Kasamir turns to a Ikotchi Sith standing near the altar)
Kasamir-Darth Veku is all in readyness?
Veku-Yes my lord, as soon as the incantation is complete Darth Vulnero will be ours to command!
Kasamir-He will be Mine to command Veku. Do not forget your place.
Veku-Yes, my lord. I will begin the incantation now.
(Veku approaches the altar and begins to recite an ancient spell in the Sith language. When he nears completion he raises his hands)
(Suddenly an orange flame erupts from the altar and leaps first to the force crystal and then to the armor of Darth Vulnero. Then it stops)
Kasamir-Vaku! Where is he! Where is Darth Vulnero! Thousands of credits gone to waste! Vaku, why....
Veku-Sir...I...well Darth Vulnero is not here because we are missing one piece.
Kasamir-What! What and where is it!
Veku-It is his weapon, the fangblade. It is currently in a temple on Rhen Var. I should have noticed...
Kasamir-Never mind! Just get that blade back here at once!
(Rhen Var, three days later)
Vaku-Droids, let no one enter. I must not be disturbed.
Battle Droid-Roger. Roger.
(Overlooking the temple on a mountain ridge)
Gulio-Well, it seems Republic Intelligence was right for once.
Jag-What is that place sir?
Gulio-A Sith Temple from the looks of it. At any rate if there's a Sith here, we've got to get in there.
Jag-You know sir, the last time we met was on Geonosis, and now we're on some ice joint. Any idea where we'll be next?
Gulio-A lava planet considering our luck. Alright he's in. Let's give these clankers a wake up call!
(The clones come out cover cover and attack the Battle Droids)
Battle Droid Commander-Clones! Open fire!
(Gulio jumps down and beheads a Droid)
(He swiftly force-pushes the second droid against the Super Battle Droid)
SBD-Die Jedi!
(Gulio evades the blast as Jag opens fire)
Jag-I've got him sir!
(Gulio then finishes the Commander)
Gulio-Good work men. Make a perimeter around the entryway. I'm going in to face this Sith.
(Gulio walks in. It is deathly quiet. The fangblade sits on an altar in the middle of the room)
Gulio-Hmmm, no traps? Nothing? I’ll just take it then…
Veku-I think not Jedi!
Gulio-Who are you?
Veku-I am Darth Veku, loyal servant of Lord Kasamir! And I bring death to you Jedi!
(Veku charges at Gulio, their blades crackling in the temple)
Gulio-For a Sith you're not much of a duelist!
Veku-There are more important skills than dueling Jedi!
(Veku force-kicks Gulio sending him reeling back)
Veku-While some Sith focus on battle skills I find deception and stealth to be more beneficial.
(Veku disappears in a force invisibility)
Gulio-What the...
(Veku reappears behind Gulio)
Veku-While some would throw away their life against a stronger foe, I look for a weakness and exploit it.
(Veku swings his blade but Gulio drops down evading the blow as Veku again disappears)
Veku-Your reflexes are good Jedi. Perhaps it is time for me to leave.
Gulio-Show yourself coward!
Veku-I am where....Ugnhhh!
(Gulio spins around to see Janax Narr stabbing Veku through the chest)
Janax-Yes Veku, you are deceptive. Only you failed Kasamir and for that you must die.
(Janax snatches the fangblade from the altar)
Gulio-You murderer! You would kill even one of your own!
Janax-I kill whom ever I am told to. Sadly once Darth Vulnero is unleashed I doubt there will be any more to kill!
Gulio-Darth Vulnero? So that's your plan, let a long dead Sith reconquer the galaxy for you?
Janax-Exactly, oh but look at the time, I really must be going now, I wouldn't want to be late for the destruction of the Republic!
(Janax dashes out the door blasting the clones away)
Gulio-Stop her!
Janax-Ha! Ha! Ha!
(Gulio stops as her STAP flys in)
Janax-Now nothing will stop us! You've failed Jedi!
Jag-More Sith sir?
Gulio-Yes, and if this is the extent of evil they are willing to go through I can only fear what they have planned for the galaxy...

Fangblade? Did you watch ninjago masters of spinjitsu. Because fangsblades are involved. Also. Great comic. Love thr story. |
