Raven
This is the third time I have tried to upload this stupid thing. I am begginning to wonder wether it is worth it or not (Worth it). I really want everyone to tell me what they think of it so far. Oh, by the way, this is not a complete chapter
About this creation
The inn was quiet, which was odd, considering it was nearing the end of the day. Dusk was worried, Raven had never been gone for so long. But he knew that worrying would do no good,

so he sat at his place by the window, took out his pipe, and after lighting it he tried to relax, but it was nearly impossible to get his mind off his friend. He slowly puffed away on his pipe, the light coming from it showed his fine features.
His face was calm, yet sad, as if he had been through many troubles. his eyes were a bright green, and his hair an orengy brown. He wore a brown rangers tunic, under which there was a leather vest which covered a shirt of chainmail, he also wore heavy traveling boots, which although quite fine, were stained and covered with mud.

Suddenly, he gave a sigh of relief, as he saw his friend coming towards the door

A figure clothed in complete black, came to the door, and opened it, as the light fell on his face. His looks were fair, as are all the people of the elves. He was tall, with a Nobel face, and blond hair. His sword was of the same make as Dusk's, only his had an emerald instead of a ruby. He went by many names, Raven he was to men, and as The Green Hood to those in the north. and among his own people, he was Green Leaf, or Legolas** in elven tongue.

Raven strode over to where his friend sat smiling. "Your late." said Dusk gesturing to an empty seat at the table.

"Sorry about that." said Raven, as he sat down and lit his own pipe. "I was waylayed by a pack of orks."

"Orks in this region?" said Dusk looking rather stunned. "Don't they normally roam further north?"

"Not anymore." said Raven as he puffed thoughtfully on his pipe. "They seem to be getting more aggressive these days."

"I haven't been keeping up with the news from outside the village." said Dusk. "Why do you think they are coming south?"

Raven didn't answer for a moment. He seemed to be lost in his own thoughts, then said,

," I think it's a few reasons, for one, The Dwarves have been getting more and more angry with them."

"When haven't they been angry with them?" interrupted Dusk, with a smile.

"Yes, I suppose so," said Raven good humoredly,"But they have recently been sending troops out of Stoneton, and into the mountains beyond. They say they are going to drive the orks out of Their mountains. Secondly, the villages near the mountains have all been deserted, so there is no more treasure for them to take.

Thirdly, There is something fishy going on in the capital in the west."

"You mean Elmshorn?" asked Dusk.

"Yes, indeed."

"Oh, what sort of things do you suspect?"

"I can't be sure yet, but I have my suspicions."

"Well," said Dusk, with a sigh, "I hope those orks don't decide to attack the village."
"Oh no! They wouldn't try something like that!" said Raven quite assured of himself. "They are not strong enough to even try. All the same, we must keep an eye out for anything suspicious."Dusk nodded and took a swallow from the mug of ale that sat in front of him.
The two friends talked late into the night, never suspecting for a moment that they were about to be caught up in an adventure that they never would have thought possible.

The inside...

...and outside of the tavern

Look! A peasant boy forking hey into a cart.

Look's like Sir. Bones has had a drop more then what's good for him.

A bar maid sweeping the floor

The tavern without the figs.

The fire place...

...and the bar. Originally, there was no shelf holding the drinks. However, thanks be to my brother, I added it in, and I think it really stands out.

Here is a shot of the Tavern from the outside.

The front door with a bush by the window

Our two heros, in action poses!

My new buddy Icon!
(Ok, so, maybe not)

**( A note on the original spelling. On occasion, someone will make a mistake, and someone else must correct that mistake. In this case the original spelling of Raven's name is Leggol. You may also be wondering why he goes by the name of Raven. The answer is, that when he was a child, his family was wiped out by a group of orks, and he was left all on his own. However he had the good fortune, as The One intended (More on The One later), of being adopted by a group of forest men, who gave him his new name. Although they were completely different races they were like brothers, And even after the men passed out of sound and memory Raven continued to go by his name that the forest men gave him, By the time of the War in the south, he was a well established Ranger, and by the time he went back to his own people, he had almost completely forgotten his original name, so he went by the name of Legolas. It was a common name among the elves at that time.)

P.S. The carpet by the fire place was stolen...I mean borrowed from Ian Spacek
(Thanks Ian)!

Oh, By the way sorry for the blurry pictures.

Nice job, it seems a bit short and the characters don't match the exact description, but regardless you did a better job with lego than I could hope to. Work on it, it's good.

A great start! The descriptions were very vivid. I really liked the foreshadowing at the end. The only thing I would try to improve would be the photography (but I see that you already know that :) Good work! -LB Senior
