It seems strange looking at a bird we associate so much with Christmas on one of the hottest days of the year! Lovely job, I like his rotund shape. Perhaps because it reminds me of myself.... |

The robins that come in our garden are pretty shy , never had the chance to take a picture, the smallest of movements and they're gone (the woodpecker too). Now I can....build one ;) thanks very mutch for your wonderfullv creations and I'm looking forward to your next mocs Thanks Frank! I have heard that Robins are more timid elsewhere. For some reason they seem to be rather tame here in England. I'm affraid I've beaten you to the building of a Woodpecker, I will be posting him shortly. Feel free to build your own, I'd love to see what you can do :-)

Nicely done! How long would one of these take you to build? You're certainly pumping them out! Hey Luke! Thanks. They take 2-3 hours to build, I actually built this Robin first a couple of weeks ago and it just snow balled from there, they are great fun to build and highly addictive. There are 2 more to come and I have more in the pipeline.

I finally had to comment - you are becoming a close second to the new work Sean Kenney is doing and a close second to Audubon. I love birds and you are capturing their spirit in Lego! Keep up the good work can you do a dove? Thanks Nick your comments are always appreciated! I may build a dove but it's not quite colourful enough for me, I have a massive list of birds to get through after this British series is over, I shall add the dove to the list :-)
