The X108 is a modified version of the X02 frame. If features a largely redesigned body, but borrows the same limbs.
Shown here with the X02 for comparison of scale.
Notes:
Due to the addition of an additional hinge at the rear behind the head, this is probably slightly LESS stable than the X02 in terms of holding the arms up. However so long as the arms and weapons are kept light, it should be able to hold a variety of poses without flopping.
I cheated by not designing new limbs, however I am planning a rethink to create limbs more in proportion to the taller body.
The purpose of this new body design was to try out an experiment for a possible Ride-Suit variant I'm brainstorming. That is assuming I can figure out the limb design...
I realised after I'd taken a few screen shots of the colour variations that after I made the yellow variant I forgot to change the colours on the power cell, so only the grey version is shown with the non uniform pod colour.
One major difference between this and the previous version is the loss of the shoulder holsters, so nowhere to hold the gun, or swords, except in his hand - slight oversight there.
