Ferrari F430 Spider with folding roof. Please note, this model isn't the official Lego Ferrari F430 Spider, it is made with some of the same pieces, but not all, and I made the decals and blue tacked them on. 0-60mph: 4.1 sconds 0-100mph: 8.1 seconds Top speed: 193mph Please comment and rate :)
About this creation

Unfortunately, because of the space the roof takes up when folded down, I haven't been able to fit the V8 engine I was going to, into the car.


The back is very different to the official Lego Ferrari F430 Spider.


I only put an opening engine cover for function, as it is un-realistic and obviously there is no engine to show!




I made the front decals myself, and bluetacked them on, hence the front lights look a bit too small.


The interior is like the official Ferraris interior, but due to the roof, is very cramped.





Here I compared it to a 1/64 scale hotwheels Ferrari F430 Spider.

Quoting ABC builder Nice Ferrari, the folding roof makes up for the missing engine and the interior is good to- 10/10!
