The SBD-2 Gallant was the first Talian Dive bomber, and reaped the benefits of a long service life. While originally created for the navy, the Gallant proved so effective that it was quickly converted to be both land and sea based. Not to mention being quite a popular attraction at Air Force sponsored
air-shows. The reason the gallant is such a good dive bomber is due to Its powerful engine and great maneuverability. While dive bombers are particularly slow and heavy, an unladen Gallant can reach speeds close to those of an average fighter, making it a more challenging to hit with AA fire coming out of a bombing dive. Be that as it may, fighter escorts are usually standard as the Gallant can by few means hold its on in a dogfight despite its wing mounted .50 cal cannons and twin .30 cal tailgunner mount. Since they are so effective, many have been built, and are therefore available for export.

Very impressive. Dive bombers always rule. "Rain death over the enemy".
I have also built a dive-bomber very similar to yours.
I love the snot effect in your dive bomber. Keep with the good work!
Very Nice. My only suggestion would to make horizontal stabilizers in the same fashion as the wings and the tail stabilizer for constancy. I think it would give you better counters rather than the blocky looking cover of studless plates.
