The SK-5 was the very first Talian jet to ever be produced, and they were instantly extremely successful. Over with over 16,000 produced, it is also the most widely produced jet fighter Talo has produced. Able to outrun and intercept even the fastest enemy aircraft, the Hellbats jet engines are the best of the best, and its (well hidden) six .30 cal nose mounted cannons can pack quite a hefty punch as well. Capable of fitting into almost any role it was put in, the SK-5 was agile enough to be a competent dogfighter, fast enough to be a legendary interceptor, and strong enough to be used for dive bombing and close support. Since Talo isn't in the great war, they will be sold to whoever would like to put in an order.
About this creation

Nothing like some good ol' variations! Snow camo, desert ops, and navy.

Hello my friends. I just wanted to say that this creation was so far out of my comfort zone, I though it would never be a reality. First off, the ME-262 is a very difficult design to try and replicate, and the only good way I felt I could make it was by making it a five stud wide model, and switching over to evens for a more smooth flowing appearance. Aside from the build style being very different from what I normally do, this is also the first time I've created a WWII era model, and it was a lot different from the jet fighters I'm used to constructing. That being said, thank you for checking out my creation, and constructive criticism and feedback is always appreciated!

A few thing's also, Uhm 16,000? that's a little way over the top for a first generation fighter jet.And also just a suggestion maybe come up with more catchy name's for your jet's.

Quoting Ben Fellowes It's good, certainly pulls off the 262 look, so it gets 5/5 from me, so please don't take this the wrong way, but I it bears some similarity to this one: http://www.flickr.com/photos/eastpole77/4355829829/in/photostream/ coincidence or influence?
It actually influence. I liked his idea of using the long slopes but due to lack of pictures thats about the only influence.

Excellent effort; a challenging and unique choice. You have captured the lines of this aeroplane brilliantly.

Quoting Commodore Boris the active one Not to incur the wrath if tyro, but did you name it after darkwolf's operation hellbat that was cancelled after key elements went up in flames(is he a pyromaniac?) or is that a coincidence?
Coincidence, I actually named it after a figure of speech. Since it's supposed to be fast, i was poking fun at the saying,"faster than a bat outta heII."

First off, I can call my planes whatever I want, and second off, cool it with the logistical criticism. Did you join Mocpages to question everything I say or did you join to check out lego creations? Because if you're here to check out lego creations you didn't say anything about this one in that comment!

Quoting Commodore Boris the active one Wow, this is awesome 2 things- it ME 262,not 252 :P And I would suggest a cannon armament, 20 or 30mm
And that right there is why i build modern fighters! And the 252 was a typo, I swear!
