A new monoplan with umbrella-wing as it could have appeared during WWI

About this creation

After long weeks watching Mocathlon's amazing creations (but without publishing myself)... I came up with this new bird for adventures'sets.

It's stronger than me... I can't help making planes each time I'm hanging around my Lego corner.
The wing shape came right away. The rest of the body was very long to build!

I wanted a real round engine like during WWI. I tried very complex builds and finally found a much more simple technic, which worked well.

A comparison with one of my old lego sets. Sizes are -at last- close. I have real troubles building the same scale of official sets... It's coming slowly.

Next Moc should not be a plane but... who knows? :)

I love it!!! man you have a great design, i particularly like the way you made the stick thingy's that hold up the plane it was a good idea. And if you could please check out my P-38 i just made?
