Built for the VirtuaLUG layout at Bricks By The Bay 2012 and winner of Best Small Building.
About this creation
The last of three buildings designed and built by me for the VirtuaLUG collaborative. Despite the fact that it was the last one built and I spent the least amount of time on it, it took home the award. =P
A shot of the back, complete with a somewhat questionable looking cook...
If you haven't already, you can see pictures of the other two buildings and of the entire layout here.
Fourth Dimension Commentary: While proud of the individual award this received, I am happiest that it was a part of the collaborative and showed the attention that our layout got. In a perfect world the whole team would have gotten an award for there stellar efforts, but at least our display didn't walk away empty handed.~H
First off, congrats on the well deserved win! And second... we SO need to get those Virtualug bricks mass produced for BW... Speaking of BW, now that BBTB is over, quit draggin yer feet and get your BW build done! haha ~ Chris.
I'd be wary of the Mr. Bones broth ... Exemplary build! It has the "fist of the dragon" feel (whatever that means ... XD). But really, the red and black color brings out that vibe. Congrats on the award!
The Liberty TAX sign flipper is awesome! Haha! There's one of those places by my house and the guy who does it here is hilarious. He does karate kicks and dances like he's at a club or something. Anyways on to your build... Not much to say but the fact that its REALLY good and I'm in love with all the clever tidbits. Excellent job and Congrats on the win!
