ICN is a shortcut for "InterCity Tilt Train" in German. This is a kind of train form Switzerland with a top speed of 200 km/h, run by SBB. It's realy hard work to get the way this train tilts into LEGO bricks. I've been making this since my last LDD Moc.'s finished.
About this creation
There are 6 parts in the train I made. The driving units are at the two carriages with pantogragh, instead of the two control cars.
The control car.
In this train I used 2 of this as start and end. And this is the part I built at the very beginning.
The wheels that makes the train tilt
You can see the inside structures after I hid some parts around. I think this can work properly in real bricks though I'm not lookin' forward to get a real one.

The 2 axises of driving wheels.(some bricks hidden) They tilt too when the body tilts.

The pantogragh. The version that I use on all my lego electric trains. I believe that it would be better if I use the part of minifig hands, but unluckily there's no in LDD.
