The Watcher
About this creation

Team Expendables in "The Lord Of The Rings" for the 2012 MocAthalon.
I decided to build the door to Moria and the Watcher. (Ironically a blind creature.) Anyway, I stuck with TLG style, and it comes with Sam, Frodo, and Aragorn.

The Watcher attacks Frodo.

The Watcher.

The door. I used a sticker to represent the runes, as I'm sure LEGO would.

With a turn of a tecnic piece the door rises open.

Behind there's a bow. Therefore, Aragorn can go under the door, take the bow...

...Climb the rocks...

...And shoot the flick-fire arrow to save Frodo!

I wouldn't buy it if it were on a shelf, and if I would it'd be for the figs... Anyways, great job on the playability, looks like a lego set! (though the inside could use more detailing)Think you should've gotten higher scores, but I won't mess with the judges criteria...

Quoting Ian Spacek A two!? Are you kidding me!? Well I suppose I shouldn't argue with the judges, but in my opinion this looks just like a Lego set. Great playability elements throughout! Go Lord of the Rings!
Ha, thanks!

Quoting David Alexander Smith Love the watcher, with a little adaptation he could be used in a Cthulhu MOC.
Ha, I was thinking that too as he was built!

I agree with Nick, it could be a mid-size set in a "Lord of the Ring" theme.
