This is my conceptualization of the Cobra Gunship from GI Joe along with quite a few custom additions.
About this creation

After watching the new GI Joe movie, with its sweet Cobra gunship attack scene, I had to create the ship. After looking into some pics and diagrams, I settled on this design. I took some liberties I think, especially with the underbelly and the tail, but overall it doesn't look to bad. My ship features two fold out doors located right behind the cockpit, a command room with rotating chair at the back of the ship, a communications/weapons supply room in the middle, an unfolding double chaingun out of the right hatch, a rear quad cannon, two sonic blasters, a top mounted cannon set, frontal point defense cannons, four hyper velocity missles, eight all purpose missiles, two air to air missles, one six plex chain gun, two main engines, two underwater submersile engines, four boost engines, a fully equiped cockpit, and enhanced ultra strength armor.

Sweet! This reminds me of when I played with GI Joe action figures as a kid ( right before I got into LEGO :D ) |

It's a cool ship. Yes, there are some color issues, but I'm guessing you don't have enough of the parts in the right color to make it totally gray. Not a big deal really. Your photos are a mixed bag. Some are great! Some are lousy! The last photo...wow, that's rough! I recommend that when you build a MOC, you take lots of pictures (lots and lots). But then, review them and only post the very best! Some of your pictures are perfect, so it's obvious that you have a good camera, and you can use it. Just be picky about which pictures you use. It will make the whole MOC seem even better. Keep at it. Attack! |

I know :( I wish I had a serious photo center but I usually have to snap and go with these otherwise they don't get posted. Ill tweak with the lighting though and try to get some better one. |

Love the design and build of this one!
I haven't seen the movie, though just looking at your model is impressive enough. It's great how you've managed to shape it so well, getting all the good angles and curves in it.
Nice job :)

I'm not sure how it is that nobody has commented on this yet. This is a sweet ship. I love the detail and I have a soft spot for MOCs in light and dark gray. I especially like the tail end of this ship. Nice work. I know you said you're busy, but I hope you can find the time to throw some more stuff out there for us. |
