Really captivating! The furnishings are really astounding. Such a realistic look. Those chairs in front of the fire place, the kitchen, that book shelf in the bed room. It's all excellent. It all looks absolutely credible. Like something straight out of a fancy architecture magazine. A brick fire place and a palm tree on a floating house... It's no house boat, that’s for sure. Attack!

I've never said this before, INCREDIBLE!!!!! That house is how every modern house should look, from the modern art sculpture in the front window, to the wonderful furniture and paintings. The floor is a beautiful color choice, and the entire scene is just spectacular!!! Incredible job!! By the way, how many light blue studs do you have?

Modern architecture at it's finest! The building is perfect, and the interior design is very neat. I especially like the tan shelf and all the potted plants. Also putting it on the sea instead of suburbia makes it doubleplus good. Want to build my house when I'm older? :)

Something is fundamentally wrong when the mere presentation of a MOC is so ridiculously parts intensive. The shelves, however, steal the show. Another stunner Tyler. Well done.

That's a very cool creation. Love the way you really made it look like a modern home even from the inside. Oh yes, the inside is a real treat with those cool looking shelves and stuff. But something else bothers me here. Can this house actually be possible to do. I mean is it meant to be tied to the coast or is it mean to be a sailing house? And of course can you fight a storm without the consequences? :)) Even so this is a great idea and execution!

So retro modern with a 21st century edge. I saw those modern sculptures thru the windows too! Those floating bookshelves are a hit with me too! There have been several really fine creations posted today and yours is one of them, if not the best! :)

Although completely unnecessary, I like how you made the water with those 13 trillion blue studs. =P The house itself is superb, I like the clean, cool look of it. Those shelves are very nice and retro looking.
