About this creation

Comparison with bought 1:72 scale model.

JDAMS in deployed position. Note new white inner-side of weapons bay doors.

JDAMS

Redesigned nose- without pitot tube. Better or worse? Yes, I know I could have used the new Trans-clear 1x1 3070b or Trans-clear 98138 round tile pieces for the sensor window and so produce a flatter surface, but I didn't have any to hand!

Construction Secrets-tail pieces.

Quoting Jon Treasure Nice Bird! I love it! The shape is exactly like the real plane! The part usage on the tail is excellent! This is one of my favorite planes on Moc pages! Magnificent build! 5/5
Thanks very much! The tail idea was actually my son's- he was 8 at the time. He also partly built the upper fuselage.
